The design of this series of motors optimizes the rotor diameter of the motor at each center, the electromagnetic load of the motor is optimally-matched, and the ratio of "moment of inertia/torque" is small, especially suitable for the requirements of impact and rapidly changing loads.
The small frame number (H315-H630) adopts frog armature winding, and the large frame number (H710 and above) adopts single stack armature winding with different slot, and has a balanced voltage line, which has good commutation performance.
This series of motor commutator elevating plate and armature coil are welded with medium frequency or TIG, and the commutator elevating plate adopts special fastening technology, which effectively prevents the fracture and welding of the elevating plate. For the reversible mill motor with frequent braking, the structure of elevating plate and commutating plate is integrated.
The reliability and overload capacity of the motor are extremely important. In order to adapt to the frequently changing impact load, this series of motors is designed to fully compensate the structure.
